At ORNIVA, we respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to protecting their personal information. By placing and confirming an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Privacy Policy, Exchange Policy, Return Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

1. Customer Information

To process and deliver your order, we may collect necessary information such as:

Customer Name

Mobile Number

Delivery Address

This information is used only for order processing, delivery, customer support, and related business purposes.

We do not publicly display, publish, sell, or promote our customers' names, mobile numbers, addresses, or other personal information.

Customer information is shared only with the relevant courier/delivery service when necessary to hand over and deliver the parcel.

2. Privacy & Data Protection

ORNIVA takes reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.

We do not sell or intentionally disclose customer personal information to unauthorized third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Exchange Policy

If you experience any genuine issue with your product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to request an exchange.

For an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The original product tag/label must remain attached.

The product must not have any damage, stain, tear, alteration, or modification.

Products that have been used or washed will not be eligible for exchange.

Applicable courier/delivery charges for an exchange may be payable by the customer.

4. Return Policy

If you simply do not like or do not wish to keep the product, you may request a return. In such cases, the applicable return/delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

Return Charge:

Inside Dhaka City: BDT 80

Outside Dhaka City: BDT 150

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and with its original tag/label attached.

5. Order Confirmation

By confirming an order through our Facebook Page, Website, Messenger, or other official communication channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy, Exchange Policy, Return Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

6. Parcel Acceptance & Payment

Customers are required to pay the full agreed order amount upon receiving the parcel, according to the applicable payment terms.

If, after receiving a parcel, a customer intentionally attempts to reduce the agreed payment amount, refuses to pay the agreed amount without a valid reason, or deliberately holds/retains a parcel without completing the required payment or return process, ORNIVA reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Policy Updates

ORNIVA reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updated policy published through our official Facebook Page or Website will become effective from the date of publication.
